Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Aura CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Aura on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@aura.crm if you suspect unauthorized access.

• You must provide accurate, current information.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Aura CRM.
• One person or entity per account, unless otherwise agreed.

You agree not to:

• Use Aura CRM to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service without our written consent.
• Use the service to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable anti-spam laws.

You retain all rights to the data and content you store in Aura CRM. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process the data you upload (including contacts and customer information) in compliance with applicable laws.

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will notify you in advance when possible. Service Level Agreements, if any, are described in your subscription plan.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days; after that, it may be permanently deleted.

Aura CRM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PT Aura Kreasi Teknologi is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
